Images, sound, video, and buttons
Image with source credit, MP3, MP4, PDF, process paper, navigation buttons, links, and custom code.
- Image and source credit. The picture and the credit the project needs. Put the image inside an easy layout so the page lines up. See Columns, space, and the image carousel.
- Embed MP3, MP4, or PDF. A PDF to read, an MP3 to hear, or an MP4 or MOV to watch.
- Process paper and annotated bibliography. Drag that block into a container, then double-click and upload the PDFs.
- Hyperlink text. A link made of words. It is blue, then purple after a click.
- Navigation button. A button that goes from page to page. The label or picture should make it obvious that it can be clicked. A star with no words is easy for a judge to miss.
- Auto-Nav. A menu of your pages. Set the order once. Adding Auto-Nav to another page keeps that order. You can hide a page or make a subpage.
- Custom code. HTML only. JavaScript is not supported and is removed.
How a file gets onto the page
- Drag the block onto the page.
- When the upload box appears, double-click it for multimedia, or drag the file in.
- Wait for File uploaded in the upper right before you close the window.
- Large video can take a moment. When the thumbnail is in the right column, click it to place it. Click the X to leave the files menu.
